The newspaper El Comercio announces the TORTILLAS DE GIJÓN 2018 CHAMPIONSHIP between active professionals hospitality establishments in the city of Gijón. The idea is generally for the city’s residents to sample the tortillas in each of the bars and judges do the same. Winners are announced at the end and get a write-up in the local press at the end of the festival.
